I used the drive thru.. the prices on the menu for the biggie bags say $6.. my total was $16.09 which should have been around $14.09 with tax.. I proceeded to speak to the cashier who was helpful she was determined to find out why.. she said it does say $6 dollars.. she asked her Manager or her "Host" as my receipt says.. while giving me and the cashier her back the entire time she said I charge $7 after a certain hour.. I stated your menu does not say that and she stated yes it does with her back turned showing no proof.. no respect for her cashier no respect for her customer and proceeded to do other orders. It's not about the $1 extra it's about the customer service if it does say that.. then that should be something you should be broadcasting every sale stating at this hour the rates changed it going to be $1 more since the menu shows no proof.

Went through the drive-through just after 10pm. Line was super long (which is fine) but when I got to the speaker, they didn’t answer. I said hello and they said to wait one second (rudely). Well that one second became ten minutes before I could even place my order. I was there to get my pregnant wife the parmesan caesar salad and these people said that they are out of the salad. NO, YOU’RE NOT OUT. I worked at Wendy’s for 7yrs. You’re not out, you just don’t want to prepare another salad. That’s salad is extremely popular and always has been. They can easily whip up another salad in two minutes or less. I did that all the time when I worked there. This whole ordeal took almost 40 minutes of my Friday night away that I will never get back. [now as I am proofreading I will admit that I was quite fired up and now I have cooled down. So I hope whoever reads this gets a laugh out of my comment lol. I visited the Wendy’s at 6001 Broad Street on a Tuesday afternoon around 5:00 PM. I ordered a grill chicken wrap. When I receive my chicken wrap, I asked for a receipt and the woman had a nonchalant attitude. I was given the receipt, but she never even looked at me and when I said thank you she didn’t say thank you or you’re welcome back to me. When I opened the chicken wrap, whoever made it seemed like they could care less about how it was made .The chicken tasted old and it was made in a sloppy fashion. The wrap did not look appetizing and did not taste good at all. I felt like this was a waste of my money an I plan not to visit this Wendy’s again. I am, therefore, giving this Wendy’s a 1⭐️ for food and customer service. And if I could give it a zero star, I would.

It was chaos. Doordashers were complaining that they had been waiting over 30 minutes. 3 separate customers from the drive through came in to say their order was missing items. The young girl at the front didn’t know how to take an order and had to seek help from the manager. I asked why my Son of a Baconator combo was rung out to be even more expensive than the classic Baconator combo. I was told that the combos “are the same price.” I pointed out that on the menu above the register my combo was $2 cheaper. The manager insisted they were the same price. I assume sales tax played into the confusion, but the manager insisting that both combos are “the same price” certainly didn’t help. I waited about 15 minutes. My burger only had two strips of bacon on it and the fries were stale. There is clearly a staffing issue going on at this location. There are not enough people, and the people that are there don’t seem to be adequately trained. Bad experience for sure.

This Wendy’s location needs significant improvement. Service is consistently slow, especially in the drive-thru, and the line moves much more slowly than expected. The restaurant also does not appear as clean and well-maintained as a franchise location should be. In addition, they are frequently out of menu items, which makes for a frustrating customer experience. Better staffing, faster service, and improved cleanliness would go a long way toward improving this location.

Went around 4:30pm on 4/15/26 and while pulling out the parking lot, I pulled out a half carton of lukewarm unsalted fries. No fries dropped or were additional ones loose in the bag. Once I arrived home and started consuming the burger, I noticed it was pink. The entire inside of the burger was uncooked. I threw the burger out and gave the fries to my dog. I made 4 orders and I asked for a shopping bag. The lady handed me the bag and didn't help me put the food in it. Usually at other Wendy's they'll put all the bags in one big one for you. They also had the big fan blowing across the floor, and the cord was blocking where you walked. If you didn't pay attention, you were falling over the cord. This location is always crowded at dinner. Dine in option isn't available. Last time I went was the shortest time ever in drive thru. I waited 6 minutes to get my food, which is not long considering I have waited 15 minutes before. My food was hot, my order was filled correctly and the food was good. 1/30/26 By far worse service I've seen in a while had to wait to order meanwhile there was no line and then when i got order mid order the lady taking my order just took off. after she cameback and finished my order she didn't even give me the cups for the drinks. After i went to the soda machine after getting the cups the machine somehow had basically no drinks available, only diet drinks. Afterwards i went back to ask for two sauces and they were going to charge one dollar for 2 sauce packets. I'm not sure if thats something they usually do and i haven't noticed I have no issue with that but for 2 sause packets? After eating the food some of the fries were somehow uncooked on the inside. I know its a fast food place and not a 5 star restaurant but this has to be a new low for this restaurant and its not the first time something like this happened in this place in specific. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the lady was new but the rest is inexcusable.
