I had a layover at the airport and there were not many food options in terminal C to choose from. Luckily, Sabrina’s cafe was there. I was able to be seated immediately and the service throughout the meal was quick. On the menu, they had a French 75, but they were able to make me a French 76. It was great and I was grateful they were able to make it. For dinner, I ordered the Santa Fe turkey burger with fries. I really enjoyed the burger and the toppings on it. I am glad I stopped here and will again next time in the airport.

What a great place to stop and get breakfast! Convenient location at PHL Philadelphia international airport in terminal C across from gate C18, which is where our flight was leaving from to go to Kansas City mci airport. Located inside PHL terminal B. Stopped here for a late breakfast around 1030am after another place had already switched to full lunch (a bit early, dontcha think?). Sat at the counter. Good service from the bartender. Impressed by the seemingly woman in charge who was hustling and being very positive with her team. Our meals were very good. Coffee was so-so. Pretty typical higher than usual trapped-in-the-airport prices.

I visited during my layover towards late dinner time on a Thursday. I had their Chicken Banh Mi Sandwich with Sweet Potato fries a side of Scrapple, lemonade, and some coffee. The Sandwich is very much an American take, but was still very good! Halfway through I realized it was missing the pâté flavor and chose to put half of my scrapple in the Sandwich and it was a fantastic choice! I devoured the rest of that Sandwich, haha. The portions are very generous and overall everything was super tasty! It was my first time having scrapple too and I'd say it went pretty well. The server was great as well. He kept my coffee addiction happy. 😂 it was also pretty good coffee. I didnt realize I had finished the first mug until he came by asking if I'd like a refill. I was impressed by the service considering this is an airport and I know I would've ran out of my customer service energy by then. No photos because I wasn't originally planning on leaving a review, oh well.

I don’t often review airport restaurants as they are typically not much to talk about, but I will say this was an exception the service and food was excellent. I had a buffalo chicken Cobb salad, which was surprisingly very good as I say airport. Food is sometimes you get what you get but if you happen to have the time, this is a great spot to grab a bite when you’re at PHL.

This is the perfect place to go eat and not feel like you're at the airport! I got the shrimp & grits which was easily an 8.5/10. the shrimp were huge, fresh and cooked perfectly. the grits had a slight bite to them but the sauce was delicious and made up for it all. The Prosecco was also delicious. My waiter was super attentive. It was quiet and nice to sit by the window for a few hours and wait for my plans.

Disappointing and expensive. Breakfast sandwich left so much to be desired. Bacon was awful, the most chewy bacon I’ve ever had. Honestly, this place was perfect for an airport meal. The decor was nice, music was fine, and aside from conversations it was quiet enough to relax for a few before my next flight.

Lillian was a wonderful service person. They were attentive, kind, and gave great recommendations.

I got the blueberry lavender lemonade which was delightful and so refreshing. 10/10 it definitely on the sweeter side.

For my main, ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was softer but good flavor, and the chicken (breast - no bones) was very crispy and had good flavor. It also came with a basil butter (which I asked for on the side.) it was interesting for sure!

I also ordered a side of bacon (literal perfection) - very thick, cooked well, great flavor.

I was able to order, get my food, eat, and pay all within 45 minutes. Highly recommend this spot in PHL :)

Sabrina’s is normally one of my favorite spots. I didn’t hesitate to stop there to eat as I was starving when I got through security check. The manager greeted and and escorted me to a seat. Took some time for a waitress to come but she came and was very nice!! Then the food came. The sausage tasted like pure grease but everything else was good. As I sat my stomach began to turn. The hostess with the dreads (who was not the nice manager) dropped silverware, looked around and put the silverware she dropped in with the rest. I immediately stopped eating. Then she walks off her post, napkins fall, she looks back and keeps walking. Moments after returning she picks the napkins up off the floor and puts the dirty napkins on top of the clean ones. That was it. Could you imagine getting one of those napkins and wiping your mouth not knowing that they were just scooped up off the ground. I had to say something and get those napkins thrown out before they were given to someone. The manager threw them out and was so kind and diligent about handling the situation. I won’t return because it’s hard enough eating out and trusting people will do their due diligence to be sanitary. But to see that and return… I can’t.

Extremely disappointed. Sabrina's in the city are very good, and this one just disappointed. Needed a quick bite before an early morning flight and stopped in for a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was very dry, not fresh at all. I've had better from Starbucks and that comes out of a bag. Plus, it was over $8 for one roll. Very poor representation of a pretty good restaurant in Philly. If I was Sabrina's owners, I would think of doing some serious quality control at this location.

During our most recent visit we sat at the bar. The last time we sat at a table. When we say at a table the service was crazy slow and we eventually had to catch our flight. Sitting at the bar was slightly better. We ordered the vegan seitan cheesesteak, which is always soooo good. This time it was missing all of the long hots. There wasn't one long hot on the entire thing, which was pretty sad. Two beers and one cheese steak came to $46 before tip.

I definitely recommend giving this place a visit if you're in the area and ESPECIALLY if you have time. The food here is really pricy, but given the reviews of other food places in the airport, the quality here is well worth the price. The food wasn't the best I've eaten, the lettuce looked old and the bread a little off, but it tasted alright. I ordered from the takeout menu, but that menu has less stuff on it than the dining area does.

My food was delivered to me pretty quickly, but I almost got upset when I thought an employee was ignoring me (turns out I was at the pickup counter, not where you order). I would correct this IMMEDIATELY. Trust me staff, in an AIRPORT, you do NOT let employees use their phones where customers can see them. Perception is everything in an airport restaurant, and people's patience are already running on fumes.

I was so excited to see Sabrina's at the airport! A decent restaurant at the airport was long overdue. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the Mel's chicken sandwich without the condiments. Both sets of chicken were dry. The chipotle butter on top of the chicken and waffles never melted, even though the chicken was warm. I had to continuously spread the butter to get it to melt. The order of sweet potato fries sprinkled with powered sugar that accompanied the chicken sandwich meal was cold! This was a huge disappointment seeing that they were actually very tasty. The server/waitress didn't come by to check on us in a timely manner for us to have them remade. By the time she came back around for us to tell her, we didn't have time for them to remake our order, so we just ate them cold. We were given $1.87 discount for the inconvenience I suppose. The thick cut bacon was phenomenal. Regarding the service, the server was polite, but not very attentive at all. Every time she walked by I had to say, "excuse me miss" to get her attention. She never stopped by the table and asked if we needed anything such as more water or napkins, etc. She never checked to ask us how the food was. I felt bad having to stop her every time she walked by from waiting on or cleaning another table. I'm not sure if this is due to shortage of staff or too many patrons at one time. Again, the server was was polite, but not very attentive or engaging at all. Additionally, unknown to us there was a 3% surcharge for wages and benefits for the employees. Of course it is a small amount, but no one told us this on the front end. This should be on the menu I believe. The hostess was very polite in seeding everyone.

My experiences the airport was horrible. Today at 5:30 am I waited 5 minutes to be seated and no one was in line and there was a medium volume crowd. After 5 min, The bartender finally said I can sit anywhere. Once I sat, I waited 15 minutes before I decided to leave. I left because most of the tables around me were dirty with glasses and dishes. I watched a couple enter after me and sat anywhere. The waiter went to them first to take their order after they complained to the bartender about waiting. I understand that the couple made a complaint first. However I was seated first and was not even acknowledge at all . The bartender and the waitress were very unwelcoming, unorganized, and unprofessional. more servers need to be on the floor to help them out because they were probably overwhelmed .

I ordered breakfast tacos with egg white thinking it was going to get healthy. I was very wrong. Homeis are French fries, which I didn't know, and I had a ton of cheese and aoli. A ton of aoli on the fries and more on top. My husband likes his Buffalo sandwich. The tacos looked great, but I was disappointed as they also lacked flavor. With all the fatty/grease stuff on it, I thought I'd be more flavorful. The guacamole was beginning to brown. It had obviously been sitting out a while.

TLDR: I’m a big fan of Sabrina’s in West Philly, so I was excited to try this place, especially on opening day. As an airport restaurant, it has a nice atmosphere and I would come again. ***However*** The food was seriously disappointing and the menu does not reflect the other Sabrina‘s locations.

First I’ll star with the positive. The staff is super friendly and professional and the restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere. They play good music and the sounds of conversation and kitchen buzz is very charming.

The bad is very bad but fixable.
We only ordered drinks and Parmesan fries so I can’t speak much for the food. BUT the fries were horrible. First they brought us regular fries. They very quickly remedied it Only the fries they returned to us came the same bowl with shavings of Parmesan chunks on top! Never had parm fries served like that. It might be how they make them but for the price it’s not great. you’re really like not eating Parmesan fries unless you pick up a chunk of Parmesan with your fries. And even then the Parmesan was super gross and oily. Had a cardboard texture and barely tasted like cheese. See picture

Additionally, the ceiling is exposed, and there’s mysterious gray substance on the ceiling that could fall down into your food if you sit underneath the bar or at a table

Ordered the chicken and waffles. It didn’t take long to receive my food after ordering. The plate was presented well. But the flavor was bland. Chicken had a decent crunch and browned beautifully it just lacked flavor. I ordered an arnold palmer to drink. It reminded me of Nestea or some type of instant tea mix. I’ll pass. I guess being from the Southeast I’m accustomed to brewed tea. Bar tenders were attentive to customers. Lots of TVs to watch. Plenty of seating to rest and wait for your flight.

I've been so excited for the opening of Sabrina's at PHL and just had to stop by on my most recent trip out of town. I was inspired by one of the other reviewers and ordered the breakfast tacos since they looked so incredible.

They did not disappoint. Full of flavor and packed with eggs and toppings. The guac salsa on the side was amazing, as well.

Only a $2 markup compared to the Sabrina's in Fairmount.

There are plenty of vegetarian options here and they even have their vegan cheesesteak!

Top notch service from Kaykham, she was very helpful - provided the draft list quickly and got my order taken almost immediately after sitting down. Nothing but great things to say about Sabrina's at PHL.

Sought out Sabrina's after a survey of places to eat in the airport. We had a 10 hr. flight ahead of us and wanted a good meal to sustain us (anticipating the airline 'dinner' would not be healthy/appealing, and it wasn't).
The cafe is cheerful and comfortable, and the music was good, although a bit loud. All of the staff were friendly and our waiter, Edwin, made us feel like we were in a high-end city restaurant.
There were plenty of well-balanced choices on the menu with intriguing sides and drinks, as well.
We had the jerk chicken bowl and a burger with sweet potato fries. The jerk chicken was way over-sauced and the black beans lacked seasoning. The mango was flavorful and the rice was nearly perfect though. And the sauteed spinach was good as well, there just wasn't very much of it, relative to the other portions. The hamburger was cooked and seasoned well. The fried were a touch overdone, which is easy to do, but still shouldn't have been served blackened.
But, Edwin's attentiveness and the atmosphere were definite bright spots, and the price for a sit-down meal was reasonable.

We got our food to go (you can order from the whole menu at the to-go counter even though a limited menu is posted). We got the Jerk Chicken Bowl and Cali Turkey Sandwich and they were both so good! I don’t care how busy you are — the minute you step behind the bar, you should greet people with a smile. You work on tips, and attitude matters.

The female bartender on duty was rude from the moment we sat down. The bar say dirty and glasses from past guest all over. She got annoyed that we saved a seat for someone who ran to the bathroom, got irritated when we ordered a water, and even ruder and bothered when I asked for a single pancake — all this after waiting 20 minutes just to get her attention.

We all work hard, we all are busy and under staffed but there’s no excuse for treating guests like an inconvenience. Just a few steps away at Bud & Marilyn’s, their bartender was equally busy but bar was spotless and she was by herself. She commanded the bar, completely professional — friendly, welcoming, and happy to accommodate. She was fine with us ordering a water and one pancake, and she still made time to smile and say, “Hi, be right with you.” That’s the difference between good service and bad. If you work on tips she got ours and I was happy to give her extra. Food was excellent my one pancake was perfect.

VEGAN philly cheesesteak (seitan basis) was quite good. Came here on a whim, was seated, served and completely finished eating within an hour during dinner time. The vegan cheesesteak was fairly authentic, but drinks were rather pricey (to be expected from an airport restaurant). If memory serves, other vegan options as well. Will become a core stop of mine when in PHL purely for the cheesesteak.

Extremely unprofessional service I just received. Went to order and the female didn't attempt to speak to us was clearly in such a bad mood that what I assumed was the manager noticied and came up to her and told her she needed to greet us (the customers) and ask us what we would like to order. She rolled her eyes and ask what we wanted. We were polite and friendly and ordered two desserts and drinks. After we received our items we noticed that the café had a sit down area and we proceeded to sit in that area. Shortly after a male waiter came up to us and advised we needed to leave. We advised him that we purchased our food through the establishment. He told us since we did not order with him we needed to leave. This is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. On top of it, where order from the takeout the window where you can see into the kitchen the female cook had black gloves on while she was mixing the food with both hands but then proceeded to grab her phone the other hand and was on FaceTime with someone with her gloves still on while she was still mixing food inside a metal bowl. This is unsanitary to the highest level. I am able to provide receipt and times if needed. I will be contacting the local food department and filing a complaint with them as well and whoever else I can file a complaint with.

I don't think I've ever been compelled to write a rave review of an airport restaurant -- until now. We needed to escape the tiny waiting areas in Terminal C at the Philadelphia Airport. We found Sabrina's nearby and had a wonderful breakfast. The pancakes were the fluffiest I've had in years. The stack of pancakes was huge and delicious. The $12.41 price tag was extremely reasonable. I was too busy stuffing my face to take a picture. My wife's egg sandwich was also exceptional and fairly priced.

Our server, Vivian, was terrific. The two hostesses on June 11 were also personable and helpful. We were escorted to a nice table for two that gave us plenty of room for our luggage.

When you can't find a seat in the waiting area for your overcrowded flight, which is almost always the case, we recommend Sabrina's.

I waited by the seating sign for 10 minutes while staff continuously walked past me and other people waiting to be seated. When I finally asked, a female employee rolled her eyes at me and said that someone would come by or I could seat myself at the bar. It’s challenging to find healthy, fresh, and delicious options at the airport, but Sabrina’s jerk chicken bowl exceeded my expectations. Went to Sabrina's Cafe today for lunch before my flight. While I was waiting for my food I received a notification that my flight would be boarding soon so shortly after my food came I asked for a box so I could take it to go. When I gathered my things to leave I forgot to take my bag of food. I walked less than one minutes to my gate, remembered that I had left my food, turned around and went back for it, the guy at the counter ignored me and kept talking to a co worker so I went into the restaurant to ask for my food only to find that it had been thown out. I didn't get to eat my food other than a couple fries which were room temperature and tasted like they had been sitting so I can't in good contious give a positive review because the fries were not good at all. Maybe if they had held my food for a few minutes I'd have something positive to say. As it stands right now I give them two thumbs down.

I visited your airport location often when I depart. I ordered the breakfast tacos. I asked for a coffee refill, and I was finishing my coffee while I did a bit of work. Usually this is no issue, I’ve done this quite a bit. If there is a line or people waiting, I would get up as to not keep a seat. Today, there was no line. 2-3 tables were open, and 3 bar stools were open to my left along with multiple bar stools open around the bar. However, I was told I must leave if I was only finishing my coffee. I would need to order more or leave. It was corporate policy during football games to have people order more food or alcohol to stay at the bar and she would give me a to-go cup for my coffee. When I asked to speak to a manager, he did come out to apologize (multiple times) but would not give his name. The bartender then stated she didn’t ask me to leave, and attempted to get other patrons to confirm her story. I have never encountered such an unwelcoming experience at any other diner. I used to visit Sabrina’s Cafe often not only at the Airport but also Collingswood.

Food is always sensational. Service is hit or miss. Today was especially terrible. After about 15min of the bartender completely ignoring an entire half of the bar. She came over, made eye contact and greeted me, I began to give her my order and she said “oh no I’ll take you’re order when I’m ready” then went and checked on every other person already eating and drinking at the bar. We wanted dinner before we boarded the plane at the Philadelphia Airport and selected the restaurant that looked like the most likely to not be terrible. And, that's all we were expecting, but Sabrina's was a wonderful experience.

The host, Traci and our server, Cherry, were both stellar, far better than any airport restaurant employee we've ever interacted with. Traci even reached for my chair as if to pull it out for me as you would expect in a fine dining experience.

I had the island Shrimp salad and my husband had some giant sandwich with pulled pork in it. Both meals, though very different (and mine prepared gluten free), were delicious. I also had the blueberry lavender lemonade, a surprisingly refreshing and tasty drink. there was lots of shrimp in my salad, all grilled to perfection. Mango salsa, pickled onions and feta cheese were all presented off to the side in case you didn't want it (or all of it), but the combination was tangy and yummy. My husband was also surprised by how moist the pork was.

Philadelphia International Airport isn't exactly a spot for fine dining. On some quick trips to the city when I don't have time to get a decent cheesesteak I'll grab one from the desulatory Jim's near terminal B and I always kick myself after because the only thing more disappointing than a steak from Jim's is a steak from Jim's at the airport.

But this morning I had a few minutes before my flight, so I sat down at Sabrina's. I had a breakfast sandwich that was so much bigger, better, and fresher than the microwaved pucks at the kiosks along the terminal. They served it with a pile of potatoes and it was awesome. With coffee, $19.58 before tax.

I worry about being able to get in and out in order to make my flight, but the service was quick and way more pleasant than I expected (shout out to Kris at the bar).

The Cali turkey club is the zenith of all airport sandwiches in the US- up with best like Istanbul-(with the nearby Today store clam shell sandwich we bought in a rush two days earlier in same terminal being the nadir of airport food, down with El Paso). Avocado, thick bacon, thick-sliced multi-grain bread. Allow 10-15 minutes to prepare and substitute fruit for fries to carry onto the plane. Yes, it is pricey but very, very good. Sabrina’s is a beautiful new establishment in PHL; however, it is awful and mismanaged, if managed at all. Employees are gross, eating behind the bar while customers sit with dirty plates and empty glasses. I ordered a nice Chicken Salad sandwich ($17) with five-hour-old home fries. It took 17 minutes for anyone to check on me and gave me an attitude when I asked for fresh fries. I understand the business will make money on customer volume but not repeat visitors. Rather than spend another dollar here, I’d rather eat a bag of Chez-Its from the Hudson News Stand. It's a shame because Sabrina’s in the city has been our go-to spot for the last 20 years.

I just got the buffalo chicken salad at the terminal C airport location. After finishing most of my salad I found a small piece of raw chicken in the bottom. I looked for more and didn’t find any, however I am scared of getting food poisoning. I left a message on their website however there is no phone contact available so that there is clearly contamination in their kitchen there is no way for me to let them know so other don’t get sick and they rectify their practices in dealing with raw chicken. Waited 40 minutes for a to go Caesar salad. Was told about 8 minutes. Not a single person in line ahead of me. Doesn’t seem like the kitchen is connected to the toilet-go area. What a delicious treat, just after 5 AM in Philadelphia International Airport, to get chicken and waffle with a delicious herbal flavor, and a nice crispy cust on the chicken, tasty, satisfying waffles. I have always maintained an international airport force you into breakfast foods until 10 AM because it's an international airport. Kudos to Sabrina's café for having their scrumptious menu available, first thing in the morning.

I'm not sure what's going on in this airport, but I think every restaurant offered chicken and waffles. It was weird, I just had bacon. And made my way, to my connecting flight

Never again. I live near a Sabrinas, go often but never ever again and you shouldn't either. They charge you 3% of check for employee pay and benefits charge and clearly state None of it goes to employee. It goes to Sabrinas. Bullshit practice. Lost me forever and those i can convince not to go.

I ordered the eggs Benedict while I was waiting for my flight. The Canadian bacon still had its plastic casing on it, and I almost choked on it. I notified the asian server who said she would get me a new one right away but when she came back, she said that it’s supposed to have the plastic on it and just gave me the bill. I never got to finish what I was eating and she said they would get me another one right away and never did.

Not ideal for airport employees, they only serve you if you dine in... we get a 30 minute lunch so we dont really have time for that, hopefully this changes soon pancakes we're ok, a little crumbly
