I’ve had the Elote Loco, the Farmer’s Other Daughter, and the Mambo No. Fire, and all were great.

Horrible AI customer service. The website will cancel delivery orders because of miscommunications with doordash, and then not give you a refund. I order pizza for a weekly event, and has happened to me four times. The phone service is AI and will not help in any way - it'll just send you a link to a broken form where you can "request a refund" - though this form has not been responded to once in the several times I've filled it out. The only times I have been given a refund are when I make a comment here. So here goes again - &Pizza, can I get a refund on my canceled order?

I stopped in here today on my lunchtime and received the best customer service from “Floyd” . He was very kind , patient and pleasant , the atmosphere was very welcoming. I like this place - it is a chain, and they use touch-screen displays for ordering, so I would recommend using the app (which has dramatically improved since it first launched and is currently pretty easy to use).

They do flatbread pizza - their whole pie is probably equivalent to 3 slices of a large round pie. That being stated, their value lies in their customizing options - you can get just about anything you want for $12 or less; I don't think I've ever ordered a pizza here with less than 6 toppings. If you pick the right options for your tastes, then you should be happy with your order.

I just tried the side salad and I'm impressed - it's very reasonably-priced and tastes good.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve ordered from this place and not received all of the drinks I paid for after spending over $50 here. Attached I have a digital copy of my order which includes 2 bundles(which include 1 drink each) and an additional drink on the side but not received it even though I paid for it. The pizza here is fantastic but I refuse to continue supporting this business if the workers can’t get my order right 2/3 times I order. There’s no way to contact the business through calling which means I’d have to go there in order to have the situation remedied. For my first time ordering it was a horrible experience. I ordered the pizza through the website, for delivery, and the pizza came an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery time. The pizza tasted good, but it was luke-warm to cold, and arrived too late for the event (pizza party) at the office. Their phone numbers do not work, and the text I sent to the # listed, never received a reply. When it arrived I told the delivery person (from the pizza shop) that the pizza was late by an hour and a half; she shrugged and said Ok, before she sauntered back out of the front door of the office. At any rate, I will likely only keep my profile on the website long enough to allow a response. If none is sent, then in 60 days I will delete the profile and warn everyone I know away from the place...

Ordered the CBR (chicken, bacon, ranch?) and wasn’t disappointed. I came on a Saturday night around 7pm and it wasn’t too packed.

I ordered five pizzas a few months ago for a party, and every single one was horrible. There were 2-3 inch borders between where the sauce ended and the edges of the crust. There was minimal cheese on any of them, with toppings rolling off—and I was genuinely embarrassed to feed some of my gluten free guests because the crust was so thin and hard, nothing like the images on the website. (I know gluten free bread is always going to be challenging but if ANY OTHER PART of the gluten free pizza had been edible, I might have let it slide. Bad crust, 50% of the sauce it should have had and 25% of the cheese? Come on.) It honestly seemed like they had made all the pizzas 5-6 hours in advance, when I ordered them, and let them sit around getting hard and dry until delivery time. I ordered primarily from &pizza because of their flexibility w/r/t dietary restrictions, but because of the high price I also got a few pies from a cheaper, standard pizza place and I’m glad I did.

The impetus for my leaving a review months later is the fact that I’ve just had to unsubscribe from texts from &pizza for the THIRD time. Which isn’t this location’s fault, in fairness, but if corporate customer service really wants me to engage with their brand, then fine, here it is.

I order from &Pizza quite often, the quality and flavor of their pizza is consistently good. My one issue is the fact that they skimp on certain toppings, e.g. broccoli. Both of the pictured pizzas were to have broccoli, if you look long and hard enough you maybe be able to find dusting of what may be shaved florets on it. It’s frustrating. Tip for &pizza staff: if you all don’t have enough of a particular topping, remove it from the options list, or order more of your popular toppings to ensure customer satisfaction.

Horrible customer service. I couldn’t pick up my order because the cashier wouldn’t take my name. I wouldn’t have even left a review if she didn’t blatantly help other customers right after me. Had to wait 15 minutes until another employee would tell me they were backed up at least 30 minutes.

Pizza is good, but half the time I order from here for delivery, they cancel the order with no update and don't tell me that it's cancelled until I contact support.

Ordered ahead on grubhub, because I was on my lunch break, grub hub told me the order was ready so I went there and they had not started prepping the food. Once it was done though it was really good and I really enjoyed it. There dark cherry cola was also really good.

My first time trying &pizza.

Positives: pizzas taste really good.

Negatives: One pizza came smaller than the other. Also, I did not receive text or email updates about my order as the website/my account said I would. Additionally, the screen in the store said my order was ready, and it wasn't. Finally, the "garlic knots" had barely any garlic in them, and were quite dry.

Had the gluten free BLK pizza. The crust is good, didn't notice it was gf. The vegan cheese is good just a little gooey. Over good experience!
