yet again, I order from thislocation and the order, once home, was incorrect. I ordered a personal pan pizza, with EXTRA pepperoni and EXTRA cheese...i PAID for these upgrades!! What I got had 6 measley pieces of pepperoni on it, and a thin layer of cheese. Nowhere near the extra on both items. I tried calling the location and phone just rings 10-12 times then clicks off..I am not happy, once again this location screwed me. Thsi is not the first time....I guess I should have learned my lesson by now, either order elsewhere or do a deep dive on my items before leaving the store. does the pic look like extra pepperoni and extra cheese to you?

The lady at the pick up window was super nice and pleasant to interact with. No issue with that. I have no feedback on the atmosphere since we placed the order online and picked up at the window. My issue is with the ordering service they now use to place orders.
We got our pizza back home, which was supposed to be a meat lovers minus the beef and pork (keeping the pepperoni, sweet sausage and so on) as well as adding on some other veggies. We get home and the pizza is onions, banana peppers and pineapple and that’s it. We called the store to ask for a new pizza to be made and it’s an answering service that says the manager will call you back in approximately 5 minutes… no call. I call again and talk to someone else who says the same thing but says they’re transferring me to the actual store to speak with someone. This time, no answer, just rang until it ended the call. Third time I call back, the lady at the customer service line was just plain rude. I just asked for a refund because we were out of time to get the correct pizza with my husband leaving for work. It wasn’t worth it at this point, however the pizza was $26 and we just wanted our money back. I again was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes from the store. There’s no way to contact the store directly that I can find. The pizza was wrong and I’m out money and I still had to make food in the end. I don’t have time to run back to Pizza Hut right now. I have had a bad experience wit this location I had to return a pizza. Due to the box being opened upon delivery. At the the time of delivery I was feeding my seven year old dinner. As a wfh on a Friday I order pizza bc of the long week and no break. I went in the store to get a refund. The lady was very rude about it and complained on not being able to keep staff. At that time I let her know I am the consumer and my opinion should matter. Made an order at round 8:30 pm and it was supposed to arrive at 9:17 and it wasn’t delivered. We called them multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. At 9:45 I decided to drive to the location. When I got there they were closing. The employee claims it was delivered by door dash and they picked it up around 9:20. On their site it said it was in the oven and the employee claims there is a glitch. I was told our money will be credited by Tuesday. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Pizza did not come as I ordered it. I paid for extra cheese because that is how my children like it. It did not get prepared with extra cheese. Also the stingy amount of cheese that was on there was brown and overcooked. The kids would not eat it. This was the Pizza Hut on Saltsburg road in Penn Hills. We ordered on line and ask for delivery. The estimated time was 6:00. We were notified via text that it was going to be 45-50 min delay and would be delivered by door dash. We were notified when door dash picked it up and they were here in less than 10 min. For two reasons, what gives you the right to be extremely disrespectful to all the delivery drivers and customers that come in for their food/orders. There’s this girl in here everytime we come here and she’s rude and always has an attitude. I am not sure of her name but I am going to get it. She really makes Pizza Hut look bad. Ordered online on the app and for some reason it changes my address to something completely wrong. After my husband realizing this we called in right away only to get no answer even after calling 5-6 times. Delivery driver luckily reached out to us because the address wasn’t even a house number. If it was my pizza would’ve went to someone else because I have the no contact option selected. Really should have someone to at least answer your phones in case someone calls you. I called the order line and got transferred to someone who didn’t speak English very well and she kept saying my address was right on her end and I kept saying its the one in my profile on the app that the order was saying it was a different address. Frustrated I asked her to try and get me through to the store and what a surprise the phone never answers and just disconnects. Whoever was the closing manager on 5/25 was EXTREMELY rude. I pulled up to the window at 9:37pm to place an order. The lady greeted me by saying “how can I help you” before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupts me and says WERE CLOSED. I pull off and go to the McDonald’s next door and I look up the Google operating times and it said you all were open until 10pm. Ordered the big New York double pepperoni pizza. What a disappointment. First off, they didn't have the thin pepperoni, so you would think that there would 2x the pepperoni, not so. I live 5 min from this location and by the time that I got home, it was cold. The pizza itself was horrible, virtually no sauce, overdone, couldn't fold it without cracking the crust. I bought a pan pizza online and 8 piece boneless wings which would take 10-20 minutes. When I went to pick up my food 25 minutes later they told me it would be another 7 minutes. Ordered online, noticed I got two different email as if I ordered twice, tried to call them more than 5 times to be hung up on each time, while on the phone again on hold the door bell rings and food was placed on the ground driver reports they was short staffed, I get that and that can happen however, just close if you can't get it right, food was not a good quality, waste of my money and the prices was different in the too separate email s I got for the same amount of food.

I am in the process of an extremely stressful move, so I have been ordering food more frequently lately. I only chose to order Pizza Hut to have it delivered for sake of time and convenience. The app allowed me to place my order. I think it would be best for the app to indicate pick up ONLY if that is the case. I wasn't checking my phone, because I was loading a whole house into a truck. I got a voice-mail that there was no delivery driver, and I would have to come get it myself. This news was soo disappointing. I would have honestly went somewhere else had I known this from the beginning. I showed up to get my food, and even though it had been an entire hour since I placed my order the food somehow was still not ready. I watched someone else come in, and they somehow were able to have their order immediately handed to them. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy who helped me at the window took off the delivery charge and gave me 20% off my order. I still had really intense buyer's regret and wished I had ordered somewhere else. I'll skip this location. West Kittanning is my favorite location.

The Pizza Hut App is extremely difficult to navigate. A good example of an easy to use app, I recommend the Olive Garden app.

The pizza was overcooked and it was hardly the standard "original pan pizza" - very flat. In spending over $40, I expect better. This is the second horrible experience with Pizza Hut (both at separate locations).
