Hi,

The food was prepared quickly, and we didn’t have to wait for a table. The first salad was incredibly вкусний, but the second one was just cabbage, nothing special. One baked potato had almost no sour cream and was served smashed.

The waitress brought the food, asked if everything was okay, and then never came back. We ran out of water—I was trying to get her attention, but she didn’t have time for us. The meat was undercooked and oversalted. The second portion of meat, however, was very tasty, and I’d also like to mention the shrimp—they were excellent.

Another important issue: in the restroom, I saw an employee who didn’t wash her hands after using it and went straight back into the dining area. It wasn’t our waitress, but still very unpleasant. Our waitress herself was polite, just oddly very busy even though it wasn’t that crowded.

My tongue is still burning from the oversalted meat—good thing I had water in the car. The location in Lancaster is much better; I won’t be coming back here.

Also, I just remembered: I was brought a different dish than what I ordered. They substituted it with something else and acted like that’s how it was supposed to be. I order this regularly—I know what should be on my plate. We didn’t argue or ask for a refund or replacement, and we even left a tip, but we won’t be returning.

This is hands down the best outback in the entire area. Point. Blank. Period. I've never had a bad experience, the service is always a noticeably leap-above average and the food is phenomenal. We tell everyone that this outback is THE place to dine - we are always so impressed. Love the atmosphere and never a long wait. Always clean, welcoming and just a stress free time (even with a toddler). 10/10 recommend.

I ate here for dinner last night with a group of friends. Let me tell you the staff did an AMAZING job. They made sure we were all taken care of and were very pleasant. The only downside is they were out of vegetables and only had asparagus or salad to offer, which isn't the staffs fault of course. Otherwise there was no wait to be seated, they accommodated our larger group quickly, and the place was clean. The food and drinks were also great!

There was no wait… They made us wait 15 minutes and even took my phone number and sat us in an empty waiting booth. Once we finally got to our table. It was filthy not only the table, but the booths and the front of the house manager tried to wipe it with a dusty paper towel… But the Alice chicken was splendid compliments to the shelf in the back of the house kitchen. I went here with my mother and my step father tonight. Our appetizer took a little bit but we were told it would be comped. We ordered our entrees, the entrees took twice as long as the appetizers took to come out and still came out wrong. I ordered the steak and grilled shrimp medium rare and got rare steak. My mother ordered the steak and lobster and the lobster came out smelling very fishy. I had to put in a to go order for my husband. Somehow the chili came out first which fine but it took almost 45 mins to get a burger and a sweet potato. The entire time we were there for almost 3 hours. Our server was nice and kept checking in to see what was going on with the kitchen and our food but the kitchen was running slow or something. All in all I didnt see it worth it to send the steak back due to it already taking almost an hour to even get our food out. Will not be returning to outback in the near future.

Tried outback because Texas Roadhouse wasn't open yet. I was pleasantly surprised the food was hot and delicious. Great quality for the money, online order was accurate and the staff was pleasant. Could not have asked for more. I always see outback next to carrabas and had a negative opinion of them for no reason that i can recall and now I love them. My hubby was surprised and was happy with his pre- father's day meal.

My favorite thing about this particular steakhouse is the abundant natural light. Lots of windows, perfect place to go for lunch. Service was friendly, prompt and competent. Food was fine but the portions seemed a bit small. Ribeye steak was cooked medium rare, tasted great.

Kylie was our server and did a great job. Now when they brought the food that person didn't know which steak was medium or medium rare but told us that they were and gave each of us the wrong ones. Should be identified by the cook which is which. Now food the food steaks were our seasoned,both of the ribeyes tasted like black pepper, I actually broke out in a sweat from the seasoning. That person should never be allowed to cook any protein just horrible. The salmon my wife ordered had bones. The mac and cheese my grandson ordered told my wife later that it was horrible he told me he was just full. Apparently he didn't want to disappoint me since we took him there to celebrate his birthday. He hated the steak and only ate maybe half and a mouth full of the mac and cheese. It now sits in my fridge because he got a box to go. My wife was the one who left me know why he forgot it. So the birthday celebration was a bust. Thanks for the horrible memories.

For being Wyomissing this by far was the best service (by anna) that we have had in years. She above and beyond the call of a waitress to make sure everything was absolutely fabulous for us. This was my family’s first time at this location, but not at Outback. All staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We went at lunchtime when things weren’t too busy. One of the appetizers my husband and I enjoyed years ago (prior to a gluten sensitivity) was not on their gluten-free menu. Because I asked, a manager came out and offered to make it gluten-free for me. If you have food sensitivities, you’ll understand what a big deal this is…especially to enjoy an old tried & true dish. :) Thank you so much, Outback! We will be back.

Mostly good experience. Food was delicious including the sirloin steak, grilled chicken and ribeye. Server forgot about us twice and admitted it. Called after 11am for a 3pm table. Obviously they don't actually handle this very well because they "couldn't find it" in their computer. Hostess was having a bad day. The dining area is designed for 2-4 people per table. 5 people are forced to squeeze into a table made for 4. Most likely won't return and wouldn't recommend. Will choose another steak house next time.

Wow! The food was awesome! My bloomin onion was a lil too done, but my steak... was so tender I used my butter knife to cut it! Melted in my mouth, so delicious! Our waitress was wonderful and tentative, didn't hesitate to make sure our drinks were refilled or if we wanted more of the great bread roll... it was a great afternoon out, the Hostesses were even great! They greeted us by opening the door for us, everyone was so friendly! Will definitely be going "Down Under" again soon! "Oye, Oye Oye!"

Had a great experience at this Outback Location.

We started out with the BBQ and Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites. The Garlic Parmesan was full of flavors and crispy. For $9.99 it was definitely worth a try! We also tried their coconut shrimp and it was tasty as well

For entrees we ordered the bone-in ribeyes and steamed lobster tails. The steak was a bit too salty but the lobster was decent.

Overall, experience was great but wish the food was a little less salty!

Had a fantastic experience here. The new building and well trained servers made our experience wonderful. The only downside is that there is a long walk to the entrance of the building to get in. We went on a Sunday at lunchtime. Not busy at all. We were impressed with the way they work as a team here. AMAZING experience as soon as you walk in the door. The food was on point. I have had the pleasure of dine in and take out. Both times were less than satisfactory. The only thing good about the dine in was the waitress. She was amazing and helpful. The people that bring drinks failed to bring out until after the food was there and never brought the refill. The cheesecake I ordered was frozen to the point I had to allow it time to thaw to eat it. My take out experience was worse. Only good thing there was the delivery driver. My steak was overdone. I am providing pictures of my wedge salad. Everyone knows this salad for the blue cheese. Which I got 3 rumbles of. The lettuce was bad but that was hidden unless you flipped it over. The whole reason I even ordered this take out was the salad. I got 2 dressing with it. Neither of which are what I ordered. I paid extra for the salad bc it’s a premium side. Disgusted is a nice word I will never eat there again.

Outback new location and design is awesome and refreshing. The staff and manager were great and very attentive. Now the food was unbelievable I had the house salad, baked potato and NY strip and my son had a ceasar salad and sirloin steak. Everything was cooked to perfection. Can't wait for my next visit.

Yumm Outback! Hubby and I wanted spontaneous steak and decided to go to Texas roadhouse. We joined the waitlist at 6:30 PM, which was 40 min. AHH! Right next door is a spankin’ new Outback Steakhouse. We decided to go check it out and found ourselves ushered with doors opened, immediately seated, with fresh hot bread and bar drinks before we knew it! Each encounter with the staff was friendly and super polite, complete with old school “Sirs” and “Ma’ms”! So refreshing these days! The staff were actually smiling! We were both pleased with the quality of our food and cleanliness of the restaurant. We had our whole meal packed up and still hadn’t heard from Texas roadhouse on our party of two. I recommend trying the blueberry lavender drink and spicy chili, if you like a little kick!! Yummmmm - we will def. be back!

Never again will I spend a dime at this restaurant. First, salad was order without tomatoes and without cucumbers, the sticker on the container even says such but yet salad was full of both. Second, the steaks were crisped on the outside. It’s hard to mess a ribeye up, but they succeeded. Don’t set yourself for failure, go somewhere else!

I’ve never been to an Outback before so this was a first time experience (in PA), I didn’t enjoy the mashed potatoes because they appeared to me like instant box mashed potatoes(I hope they weren’t) everything else was enjoyable. The woman who took care of my table literally sat in the booth with me while taking our order, something I have never seen anyone in the food industry do ever and it was kind of awkward. The bright and bubbly Zack, who greeted us at the door, he was the best part of the experience.

Worst dining out experience I ever had!!!! I wouldn't know how food was because I didn't get that far before we walked out! After everyone else got the drink they ordered I was still waiting 15-20 minutes for mine. It was as if we were invisible there!!! I walked up to hostess and said we are leaving because the service here is terrible and she just smiled and said have a good day! Slow turnaround for our order. Came for the ribs, got ribs and was happy with them. Ordered baked potato side which was ICED cold. Didn't eat it and left behind. Make sure to review your check. We didn't touch the on table interactive screen and were charged $2.99 for games. Was taken off, but beware. Reasonable drink prices.

My girlfriend and I went to get the little kola that comes on certain drinks. We made it known to the waitress that was what we were there for, and she informed us we must purchase one of the specific drinks to receive it. This is fine and what we expected. I ordered one of the drinks (that I normally would not order, but figured I would try it and get the kola in the process) only to be informed after that they did not have any more kola buddies there. A shame, but not the worst part of our experience.

I ordered the French onion sirloin and my girlfriend got the filet mignon, both ordered medium rare. My girlfriend's steak was more rare than she generally likes, but still edible. Mine, however, was entirely raw in the center. I requested a manager, and we ensured the waitress it was not about her. The manager approached with hostility right out of the gate. I politely informed him my steak was raw in the middle, although he claimed it was cooked rare. I told him we would still pay for the meal, I just wanted him to be informed (I know if I was a manager, I'd like to know if food is coming out undercooked or, in this case, uncooked). He continued to insist it was rare and edible (even though the meat was still purple in the middle), then proceeded to blame me for not saying something sooner. He told me they cook it by putting it through an automated machine, and they could have sent it back through the machine to cook for longer. Although I was polite during the entire encounter and was not looking for a comped meal or free voucher, the manager was significantly more hostile than my girlfriend and I would expect from someone in the service industry.

I understand working in that field may be frustrating at times, but the way this manager spoke to me felt unreasonable, especially since he was attempting to invalidate my concerns. The blooming onion was great, but not worth the $80 bill.

Thinking about it now, I believe I was meant to get a side of French onion soup with my meal that I never received.

I ordered online, curbside pick up, the prime rib sandwich. Upon arrival at home, I was so hungry and excited to try Outback as I have never ate there. What a disappointment to open my order to find a dried out sandwich with none of the sauces mentioned on the menu. I did get my mashed potatoes that were edible but nothing to write home about. The sandwich was so dry and tough and not edible. I ended up having a bowl of cereal for dinner. I understand that it took me a while to get home and the food would not be as hot and fresh but this was not worth a penny! I even tried to warm the sandwich a little but the meat was so tough and dry. I did call the manager and he is sending me some sort of vouchers. I will give it another try but won’t go out of my way to go back! So very disappointed!!

The new location is nice. It is much brighter than the old location in Wyomissing. There whole front is glass giving extra lighting. They also have the music turned down lower so you can actually hold a conversation with your party unlike the previous location. The food quality was much better also. At the end the old location was hot or miss with food quality and quality of service. I really enjoyed dining at the new spot.

Off to a terrible start. We used the app to join the wait list, however once we arrived we found out that they just have you sign in for fun. We were told by the hostess that the app list is different from the actual waitlist. Despite being told a time to arrive at the restaurant, our waiting time only begins when we arrive. So save yourself the illusion of “calling ahead” because if you use the app or just walk in the door it’s the same wait time.

The food was good, would recommend the mozzarella boomerangs but the blooming burger was disappointing. Our waitress was great and refills were provided without needing to ask or being asked.

I ordered 8oz Victorian filet with 4 grilled shrimp with a sweet potato and potato soup via Grubhub. I spent $75 on just myself with the food markup. This did not include any service or delivery fees as I am an Amazon prime member.
The steak was not a filet, but a sirloin. The shrimp were overcooked. The potion was small.
The soup bare covered the bottom of the cup.
The cheesecake was good, but didn't include fruit topping.
Overall very disappointing especially for the price.

We waited about 15 minutes for a table despite plenty being open, which set a slightly confusing tone right from the start. We ordered waters, and the waitress brought them out saying she brought them “just in case,” which felt like an oddly fitting beginning to the meal. Drinks and salads arrived quickly, but after that things became a bit inconsistent. The bread that was offered never arrived until we asked, and ketchup requested with our meal never showed up at all.

The food was extremely salty, to the point that it completely overwhelmed the flavors. Both the burger and broccoli were so heavily seasoned that it was all we could taste. That said, the burger itself was cooked perfectly and likely would have been excellent with lighter seasoning. My husband also found his steak overly spicy, so if you’re hoping to really taste the steak itself, this may not be the best choice.

Overall, Outback wouldn’t be our first choice. We used a gift card and were glad to give it another try after not visiting for a while, but this experience didn’t change our impression.

For starters,when we got there,there was no wait time. We were seated almost immediately upon entering the building. We got this wonderful waiter, oh my goodness he is absolutely great! He was very attentive to our needs, he wasn't "rushing us", and just overall a very kind young man. I hope we have him again as our waiter when we come visit again on our anniversary.
My husband had an 8oz. sirloin and coconut shrimp, I had the Toowoomba salmon and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!! I came down from Pottsville to try the,Outback Steakhouse. We have no regrets the food is well worth the trip! To finish everything off,we each had a slice of raspberry New York cheesecake and the cheesecake tasted like home, as I am a New Yorker. Came here one time, won’t come back. Upon arrival, the place was NOT busy at all. Every table on the one side of the bar was available. I asked to seated in a specific location and the hostess wanted to put me in a booth directly next to the one I requested. I repeated my request and asked if we could move to the booth directly next to the booth she was trying to seat us in and she busted off with an attitude but ended up seating us where I requested. Here comes the “I’m uncomfortable and want to leave” part. I saw her approach our server to tell her she had a table and it was so obvious that she was talking about me. While talking, the server turned and looked over at our table. She rolled her eyes, the hostess laughed and then she took her sweet time to come take a drink order. The ONLY reason I didn’t get up and leave is because my wife and son were with me and we were in a bit of a time crunch and didn’t have time to leave and find another place. I said to the server, Mallie, “Is it a problem to sit in this location?” She laughed out loud and said “oh no she (the hostess) was talking about someone else.” I never even mentioned the hostess or the fact that I saw them talking about me and laughing. So uncomfortable sitting there, I just wanted to leave. The food wasn’t bad once it came out but that’s the only plus. We won’t return.

We came here for dinner on 7/22/24 for my son’s birthday. We were seated immediately and as soon as we arrived at our table we were warmly greeted by a delightful young server named Manny. He took such good care of us! Our food was amazing. Hot, delicious and plentiful. The restaurant was clean. The other staff were also friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the floor was a bit slippery. That could be because the restaurant is new. We had the best time celebrating my son’s birthday and Manny played a huge role in that! Was seated right away, waitress came for drink orders. We ordered two diet cokes and a beer. They brought a glass of water and the two Diet Coke and the waitress stated she would be right back. We did not ask for water, we wanted a beer. After 15 to 20 minutes, no beer, no waitress. No one even approached our table. We got up and left. Went in with a large party. Was having a good time despite our waiter forgetting numerous items we had ordered. Sides were missing, a whole meal from our party was never even rang in. Had to ask for a ginger ale three times before we got it. Two people at the table paid for shots for the whole party, (not everyone was drinking) both rounds different amounts of shots were taken yet somehow we were charged for 13 shots each round. I escalated this to our waiter, she brought the manager who came out extremely rude from the start. Claiming the bar “keeps track of whats served” clearly not. You would think the manager was the one who poured the shots himself from how sure she was that 13 were brought out.

From the ease of ordering online to the timely pickup, our experience at Outback was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded expectations given how quickly it was prepared.

We also have to mention the lemonade—we love it. We had originally asked to purchase a gallon, but the team member who brought out our food went above and beyond by offering us a large iced lemonade on the house, just as a thoughtful gesture on a hot day.

It was such a pleasant surprise, and afterward, we did go ahead and buy the gallon. That kind of kindness and attention made the whole experience feel even more refreshing.

Food off the menu was very good and the take home suggestions for lunch was very economical.
The hostess was quick at greeting and sitting customers, the waitress was definitely calling the shots. Very professional in control; setting timing of salads and bread, appetizers, steaks and deserts as to not all come at the same time. We are here at 8.15pm approximately for a table of 2. We were waiting 4-5 mins at the entrance for us to be seated and there were 4/5 waitress/staff passed by and no one acknowledged us or even made eye contact to let us know they are coming to attend us.
It’s not that they had full house and all hands are on deck. They barely had 8-10 people in 2
-3 tables. They just ignored us and when we called someone to help Us that’s when they came and not even apologised for it.

Stopped in for a late lunch, and even though the place was nearly empty, the service was awful. Both of our meals came out wrong. My prime rib was so undercooked I had to send it back, and when it came out again, it was tough and tasted like it had been microwaved. My fiancé’s sweet potato was supposed to be plain, but it came loaded with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.

The manager stood over me asking me to try my food right there, which was super uncomfortable, and our waitress barely checked on us the entire time we had to flag her down just to get anything. For how slow it was, there’s really no excuse. We couldn’t wait to leave and definitely won’t be returning.

I had a 10/10 experience at this outback both times I've eaten here. This time I was alone with my 4 month old daughter. I was trying to get her to sleep when my food came out...the lovely woman who delivered my food (I believe her name was Aubrey) saw I was struggling and had the kitchen cut my food up for me. The food was absolutely delicious, the server was very efficient, and it would have been a full 5 star experience but when we went back in for our boxes , we heard a rude comment about us not tipping well. The entitled attitude was enough to put a damper on our stay. I think tipping should be appreciated and not "EXPECTED" .

Horrible food and horrible customer service! The food was so bad we couldn’t eat it, our waitress stood at the bar talking and ignored us. I sent an email and complained. The manager Mark Pollock wrote back saying he was going to refund my money and I would have it within 24 hours. I called twice the following week and never received it. I was told the manager gave me wrong information and it might take a week. I called a week later and was told the refund was declined and they couldn’t do anything else for me. What kind of crap is that!?!?!? I asked for a manual refund and was told they couldn’t. Rip off, stay away!!!

I have been to quite a few different locations for Outback and was always a satisfied customer. So when my son and I went for lunch, I thought we were going to get what we expected.
While the food tasted good, the portion was noticeably smaller. My son ordered a steak and lobster, and the lobster looked like it had barely made it out of pre-school. The presentation of the food looked as if the schools lunch lady had thrown it on a plastic tray and shoved it down the line. My steak looked like it was a happy meal portion. We also had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my wife to go and when she opened it she was surprised. The mashed potatoes were in a Styrofoam cup barely half full and the sandwich. I believe McDonald's does better.
I got to spend time with my son, so that overshadowed the restaurants disappointing visit.

My only complaint is when I called in to let them know that I would be a little bit late picking up my OWN, order for myself, the receptionist was snappy. I found that to be very off-putting, and, uncomfortable, which made me kind of not want to have to go into the store. Making me feel in- wanted. People, who greet you or are your server should have the best attitude, even if it’s the worst day. And if it’s the worst day, perhaps you should go home, Because, there are people like me who are introverted and intuitive who feel vibes and just hearing her tone over the phone made me double guess myself like maybe I shouldn’t order food from them. Went to Outback last night for dinner and had a server named Maxwell. He took fantastic care of my adult children and myself, being completely attentive and following up with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and properly taken care of, which we were. The food runners and the bus person were attentive and brought us extras like butter, A-1 and lemons for our drinks, and clearing away the used plates promptly and efficiently.

We were completely beyond satisfied and will (as always) return soon for food there knowing that we will receive the same treatment and service. We are looking forward to a visit again, and soon. Proprietor Rachel and her team are top notch and always give us a pleasant evening out when we go there. Thank you, Outback for hitting a home run yet again with your staff and training.

I would have taken the time to give my feedback in person at the end of our visit, as I normally do, but the proprietor was off last night, deservedly so!

The food was decent. The only issue was that our broccoli was cold. Service was amazing. I do wish the tables were bigger. Five people at a horseshoe shaped table with all the drinks and then two appetizers, the table was full. When the food came out, they cleared the dishes and placed all the food on the table. My first time at Outback Steakhouse and it has been like a marriage in the making it was the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant, I mean from Nicole to Brian food and drinks the French onion soup , Caesar salad and the shrimp mushroom créole suace for my chimichuri steak it was fenomenol .. they really do know what to offer and the cheesecake was the cherry on top ! Excellent! First time at this new location. Door was held open for us as we came in, hostess greeted us immediately with abundant smiles and friendliness. Waitress very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even the man that brought our drinks was so nice. Food was excellent. Only slight complaint is my prime rib, I ordered medium rare, was more like medium, but I didn’t want to cause a fuss so I didn’t say anything, and it was delicious anyway. Appetizer of Aussie fries was a little skimpy but still delicious! All in all meal was amazing with top notch service! Definitely will go here again and highly recommend!!

Went Sunday for my dad's birthday and we had a great time. First the hostess sat us really close to the door which was perfect cause my dad is handicapped so we liked that. Our server Victoria was the best! She was super nice and always checked on us. Our only complaint was that the spices they put on the steaks is super spicy. The only improvement I would recommend (from my own picky eater perspective!) Is the desserts...I think that if the desserts did not have nuts in them it would benifit everyone. I don't like nuts, so personally if there are nuts in the dessert I will be skipping the dessert. It interrupts the texture. Brownie with vanilla ice cream sounds great! If you served the nuts as a topping then customers can choose. Carrot cake sounds great to me until I see that there are nuts in it. I think it could be offered as a topping or on the side. If there were no nuts, the company would save money! If they made it somewhere that also does not make nut products, then you could offer it as allergy friendly alternative dessert! You may say "Alex, what about the cheese cake?" Well, I'm lactose intolerant and that would be way too much dairy for me! 😂 all in good fun
Now, the accessibility ♿️ the side where the path starts to get to the entrance is lined with handicap parking making it more likely that you might actually get one on a crowded night compared to other restaurants. The employees in the front had opened the door for me before but hadn't this time. If you need the doors open I would suggest waving to the host on the inside. They do not have handicap buttons to open the doors.

My mom & I went to the new Outback location today. The ENTIRE experience was FANTASTIC! The moment we walked through the door we were greeted by the nicest hostess we've ever encountered. She makes you feel at home & as though you've been friends forever. She truly made us feel welcome to be there. Our server was also wonderful. Ordered two ribeyes. Same exact meal for me and my wife medium well but for some reason one was medium rare sent it back. Tried out the new location for the first time with my wife the other night. The restaurant was packed, so it took a little longer to be sat, but that was to be expected. Great job all around! The new restaurant is open, bright and very comfortable. Service and food were excellent! Rita the host/manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She stopped by repeatedly to make sure everything was perfect. Made me and my family feel the rich and famous! Our server Jenelle also went above and beyond! My opening night experience was fantastic! The new space makes the old location look so small and dark. Food was made to perfection and despite being busy, we didn't wait long for our food. Definitely not what the other location had. One attendant takes your order. Another brings your drink order. Another brings your main course. Rarely do they get the condiments correct...ie, you order a baked potato and want extra butter on the side? It'll come, one portion, on the potato. If the same waiter/waitress were to bring the order as took the order, 90% of the time, that doesn't happen. Rarely do they come around asking how the food is. It wasn't even busy when we were there. Next door, Texas Roadhouse has MUCH better service and food.

This place was packed tonight. There were a lot of people coming in, being told the wait times (about an hour) and then getting upset after 15 minutes but the hosts remained super friendly and kind. I wish I can have a great experience here like some people are posting. I figure with a new location my experience would be better than the past experience from the old location. But nope. The only good thing that was there what's the service the server was amazing. But my steak was bland no flavor whatsoever, it was cooked nicely but no flavor. My vegetable was like as if as they had just cut them wash them heat them up and put it on my plate. The coconut shrimps which I was really looking forward to were burnt and very oily. The manager apologized came back with some new one and it was the same thing to dark and oily. In my professional experience I think the oil was old. I use work in the food industry & frying was my main job. So I know what to look for. We not even gonna talk about the baked potato soup. 🤢. My server was amazing and my steak was exactly what I wanted. I did have an issue with a manager named Rachel. I never got to speak to her but I did over hear her talking to a group of her peers and man I will say that if anyone were to speak to me like that There would have been a problem. From what I heard this lady is lacking in people skills and is terrible at communicating with her staff. Her facial expressions said it all. It made me feel super uncomfortable and for that reason alone I thank god there is another steak house less then 50 feet away from this location. Absolutely fantastic! We started off with a blooming onion (no surprise to anyone) which came out fresh and hot. To drink my wife had their blueberry-lavender lemonade and I just had a Coors Light. My wife had the Toowoomba Salmon which she said was outstanding. I had the 8 oz sirloin (cooked medium) with the roasted garlic butter and grilled shrimp with the seasoned rice and loaded mashed potatoes as sides. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and was also perfectly seasoned which carried lots of flavor. The rice was delicious but was a tad bit bland.

The mashed potatoes had chives, bacon, cheese and sour cream (standard for loaded mash) but it also bits of the skin in with it which, in my opinion, breaks up the texture while also added an earthy flavor note to them and makes it unique and delicious.

The main entree, the steak, was cooked to perfection. Very well seasoned and not over seasoned and was also nice and hot when served. The garlic butter was a bit of an overkill on my part because the steak really didn’t need it, however, it was a great flavor addition to the steak.

In conclusion, absolutely OUTSTANDING cooking by the line chef Joel. Hope to have his food again soon.

Of course, nothing gets done without a fantastic wait staff and Binta is a shining example of this. Super friendly, honest, and really well knowledgeable of what is on the menu and was able to answer questions promptly and if she didn’t know she told us so and soon came right back with the information in a very timely manner. Well done!

Last, but certainly not least, a productive restaurant is nothing without an effective leader and that clearly shows through with our experience tonight. Jadon does a fantastic job of helping when needed and was very polite when we discussed how amazing his staffs service was.

Rest assured that not only will my wife and I be coming back on a regular basis, whenever possible, but we will also be recommending it to friends and family and communicating to them that the Outback Steakhouse of old, with lack luster performance, is dead and gone and that the new Outback Steakhouse is far better than it’s ever been.

Disappointed at best. The last few times we ate at the Outback across from the mall the food had been bland and lackluster. Yesterday we ate at the new Outback near the Target shopping center. The hope was that the food would be better since it was a new place. Well turns out we were disappointed again. The steak we had was undercooked and the broccoli was over cooked. I’m not even sure they actually gave me a New York strip. Needless to say if we want steak in the future we won’t be going there. I will say the service was good and the other entree was perfect. April 12 2025 a group of 26 and I came into the resturant located in Wyomissing PA.
Despite our very big group I was extremely impressed with their service. Alana our server and Mark the manager handled this with excellent service. They were organized and smooth with everyones order making it a wonderful experience. This restaurant left my group and I extremely satisfied. Ordered online to grab on the way home from the beach. After hours of driving we got our food and got home only to realize it was the wrong food in the bag. Called and they remade the food, went back to pick it up and once I got home, both steaks were burnt on the outside and very pink in the center (should have been medium well). Manny is the best server I’ve had in a very long time. He single handily changed our minds about Outback. He’s renewed my faith in the younger generation. We tried the old location by the mall several times and had horrible experiences. We avoided Outback’s for many years because of the horrible service and food. Just admit you don't have enough employees working. We went in for lunch at 12:45, we stood and waited, while Waiting I counted 16 tables open. The hostess then said he had no tables available and it would be a 10 to 15 min wait. There were plenty of tables, but obviously no employees to handle them.

Very crowded and the setup is small and narrow. Unless you only have a party of 3 or less don’t come here. Their call ahead reservation is fake. They made us wait an extra 30 minutes with 2 small children with nowhere to sit. No manger to help either.

Xyraiha is a ray of sunshine, bringing joy and smiles and general positivity wherever she goes. She was exceptional, my face hurt by the end of the night from all the smiling and laughing. The food was good, no issues, would definitely go back, but Xyraiha stole the show and needs to be cloned!

The food that was delivered was not the food we ordered. We either received a meal we did not order or the order was missing major components. We also waited, nearing an hour for our meals. This was during lunchtime, and they were not busy what so ever. I will not be returning.

We called ahead for valentine's .. we got there an they got us seated right on the time we had reserved for .. an they had a server going around with little samples of appetizers.. which was great .. an our server was very polite .. thanks for the good experience !!
