I ordered my food and went to sit down. I was told that the dining room was closed and given a to go box for my food at 6 o'clock on a saterday night. It's a nice large dining room that no one is aloud to use. Such a waste. I ended up still eating my food there just at a bench with no table. Inconvenient as hell.

Tried to take my mother here for lunch, it’s hard for her to even get around, but we found a spot in front of the building and I got her out of the car and we walked up to the door only to find a sign that says they do not have indoor service since they don’t have any staff. Very disappointing.

Beware of Luigis Chicken Parm or any Chicken! I'm told I'm receiving full refunds, but this chicken was horrendous! It was rubbery and my Son's looked like it was missing the chicken. Luigi's used to be great and we grew up going there. I am officially done. I'm disgusted!!! Pizza is absolutely great. That guy needs a raise. Service was okay. Think maybe I asked too many questions. The cutlet on brioche, chicken was cooked decently. The broccoli I requested I don't think was frozen, but still okay. Did want provolone on top to hold the broccoli on, didn't get.

I should have just stuck with mayo. All and all great food. Would have love to seen the sandwich part but he wasn't in the mood. Think anyone cooking for quality would love to show off the process.

Went here hoping for a NY style pizza with great sauce, cheese, and crust, so we gladly waited in line on a busy Friday night. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. From their oven to my front door is a mere 7 minute drive, and the pizza was lukewarm and the crust underdone when we bit into it. To make matters worse, we could barely detect any sauce flavor. Just a massively average pizza.

I was never disappointed with Luigi's, Midvalley Pizza, until now, the last 2 time's inside the restaurant i ordered takeout, it didn't taste the same, the crust was very dry & tasteless, loaded with garlic powder of sort, if if happened once it was just a fluke, but twice is unacceptable? The ingredient's were flat as well, I'm not from the Midvalley, I drive a distance to buy their pizza, I know the pandemic took a toll on getting staff to work, & business isn't the best in just take out only? I drove past Luigi’s a lot in the past. Today was the first day I stopped in. First of all, it’s run by Luigi and his son Vince. The pizza was delicious as well as the veal parmigiana. As I was there a 7 year old boy ran into the arms of Vince. This kid was his son Luigi, named after his Nonno. A true family business with delicious food.

My go to lunch place from my work site when I visit Olyphant, PA. The pizzas are good for the area, but what I really like are their salads (either the Italian chicken or the jerk chicken). Also, right next store is "Guys" barbershop so I order, get a cut and then pick up my takeout!

This is the second time now this has happened. If you go to the restaurant itself it’s good. Two times now that we ate at the Italian festival I have never been so disappointed. We paid $16 for four slices of pizza. The white pizza had hardly any cheese and it was all dried out it was absolutely terrible to waste all that money on pizza dough. Filling up their pockets at a festival and giving people complete garbage. It’s sad.. I will not support this restaurant ever again at any kind of festival. This was the second time this has happened where it was all dried out and no cheese on the white pizza it was literally all dough! $16 I’ll never get back what a waste of money.we left hungry because all we got was dough.
