Iv been eating franks since I was a kid, canβt even remember the first time I had it. Some of my earliest memories are eating in the back of the one on Mt Royal after football games. Itβs the best buffalo chicken pizza you will ever have in your life. I once walked about 7 miles just to get a small with some ranch. I donβt like to throw around the word βperfectβ too often but everything about the buffalo chicken pizza is perfect. Itβs not too spicy, has a nice solid cheesy layer, imagine that scene in the goofy movie with the pizza. That kind of cheesy. The ranch is literally to die for and its house made. I guarantee itβs the best ranch you will ever have in your life. Iβm only 22 and have been eating franks my whole life, but I know when my time comes one of the last things I will want to eat will be a Franks buffalo chicken pizza with a bottle of ranch(yes itβs that serious). I could seriously go on for days about how good this place is and how much itβs meant to me over the years. This is worth the trip, money, I donβt care what you have going on, get down there and dip the pizza in some ranch, life will be good.
P.s whoever came up with the ranch recipe, you should be celebrated and have a day in your honor. Maybe even knighted.

The buffalo chicken pizza is our all time favorite. It is spicy while not being overly spicy. The ranch is amazing! We tried the buffalo chicken roll for the first time today and it is spicier because of the amount of chicken in it, but soooo delicious! If you havenβt tried this place yet, youβre missing out! Weβve tried several other items too and none have disappointed, but we keep going back to the buff chic!

I moved here about 7 yrs ago and my sister came about 3 yrs ago. We tried the pizzas nearby and found them all lacking. Then one day my son came over from his home, and picked up a pizza from Franks. The first bite took me home. And weβve never looked back. We love their pizzas and their steak and chicken salads!

I dont kno why it demands a tip at the end of an online order for PICK UP and if u tip a dollar it reminds u its 6%....let me remind u ur employees should get a decent wage so i donz have to tip them, this is not a dine in service and employers should really start covering their ends not my job to feed ur employees

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was excellent as always, but the broasted Chicken breasts were just slightly overcooked. This is not typical, however, and we would usually recommend all the food at Frank's in West View. The staff was also friendly and efficient.

We have had Franks Puzza before but now we have a location close to work, so we got to explore the menu and try some new items. The fried chicken breast was outstanding and so was our ham and cheese hoagie. Plus when you have The World Famous Jimmy Farine making you order you new it was going to be delicious. Food is always excellent. However, they have a new online ordering system that when you come to the end of your order, it automatically wants to add a tip and defaults to 20%. Craig the manager was apologetic and offered to remove it. Once How are you doing? again, the food is excellent.

We placed an order for four 12 piece chicken orders on Friday for Saturday 11:30 pick up. Upon arriving at 11:20 on Saturday I was informed that the store currently had no power. However, the restaurant arranged for one of their sister restaurants to complete and deliver the order at 11:30. The chicken was delicious as usual and the customer service was even better.

Ordered from this place tonight. Specificity ordered my husband an Italian with no tomato as he is allergic to tomatoes. They sent a burned hoagie covered in tomatoes. Mistakes happen right? Just give them a call, we didnβt want a replacement, just the hoagie refunded. No. What they wanted to do was refund my entire order, then recharge me. My order came to over $80 & the βrefund time is up to the bankβ so I would have to pay twice for a BURNED SANDWICH COVERED IN SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE KILLED MY HUSAND and hope the OG $80 refund came though. They have no way to simply refund the hoagie price, you have to pay them twice. (S.U.B.S) This is clearly a βpolicyβ designed so they can screw up all they want & and the customer pays for it. Do not give them your business.

The checkout girl was amazing! I messed up my online order and she was so helpful, I had my kids in the car she she told me to wait in the car and she would bring the food out to me. I heard her do this for someone else too. She went above and beyond and that's so hard to come by nowadays. I very much appreciated her and will 100% back. Oh the food was excellent too as always π

I ordered a small pizza with 2 toppings and a bottle of ranch dressing and was charged $28.89 when I commented that seem high the cashier said oh its $24.35. it should have been $17.99. The cashier had to get the manager and he said the prices printed on the menu are wrong. Are you kidding me? And the pizza was burnt. Love Franks Pizza just not that location.

Weβve been ordering from the Rochester Rd location for about 2 years now and itβs also been pretty good, but tonight was out of this world. Everything we ordered was extra fresh and flavorful, it was perfection. Iβm so full, but wish I had room for more. Their philly is my favorite in the North Hills and quite possibly in the whole Pittsburgh area- Iβve searched far and wide and Frankβs is it for me!!
