never have i ever had to specify only chicken & cheese. why did i get peppers & onions?? the chicken is also different.

I went here at least 2 times a week to get pizza and fries. It’s been the same $15 with tax. I tried to order over the phone today, the lady has the worst attitude, and tried to upcharge me to $20. I explained the discrepancy in the prices and she lied and said prices went up. I told her I’m not paying $20 for a personal pizza and fries, her reply was “well they already started making it” in an even nastier tone. I checked DoorDash and uber and their menus and the prices were the same as always. I told her I’m not paying for it nor will I be coming to get the order. I did however come to see if there was a manger and she told me the owner wouldn’t be in till 5. She normally only argues with the cooks but to argue with someone trying to spend money, to lie about prices, and to have an attitude with customers is nasty. You guys need a new front person.

Overall , I really do like the pizza but the lady in the front is very rude on several occasions . I came in for a slice and she had put it in the oven and answered a long phone call . She didn’t take my payment or anything and I feel like if I’m there first the person should hold . Bought beef pepperoni pizza and wings for the NFC championship game. Taste was still excellent. Crust was a little thick. I prefer a thinner crust. They responded well with such a crowd; about 30 minute wait. Ordered in store because phone lines were too busy. A few extra chairs would have been nice for the waiting crowd. No time for a smile or a thank you from the staff. Too busy I guess. But I'll return.

I have ordered here frequently and have never written a review. BUT, tonight’s delivery of food was awful. I ordered poppers and they were freezer burnt. There is no one that can tell me differently. The chicken cheese steak sandwich was so dry and the bread hard. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease and almost burnt, I guess a very deep brown would be the better adjective. This place used to be a go to after moving to this area and I’m disappointed that the quality has gone so severely down. Every place has hiccups and staff issues but this time it was really beyond over looking. I would like a refund but I’m sure that won’t happen.

Give them a try. The food is ALWAYS fresh and comes fairly quickly. They charge extra for things like hot peppers for a steak or celery. By comparison they are more expensive than the competition. We moved into the area 4 years ago and would order from this place 2-3 times a week. The quality and customer service has really gone down. We usually get a cheese pizza extra sauce well done and always end up with a pizza that has extra cheese. We have ordered from here for guests and have been embarrassed. Disappointed! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. 12 plus years now. I’ve spent thousands over that time at this restaurant. I placed an order a few days ago through door dash. Emiliano’s delivers their own door dash orders so there is no support for missing or incorrect items through door dash. I had ordered 2 milkshakes and was told by an employee at Emiliano’s that they didn’t have them available and that I’d have to go through door dash for a refund. But if a restaurant delivers their own food, door dash tells the customer to reach out directly to the restaurant for a refund or resolution, which is understandable. When I called Emiliano’s this evening to place yet another order, I explained what had happened with my last order. I had attempted to call the same night but they had closed by that time. I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER . I simply mentioned the issue from last time and wondered if they could include my shakes with my new order. I was told that’s door dash’s problem and they wouldn’t help me. For the record, I could care less about the 10 dollars I was screwed out of for the milkshakes. My problem is that after being a loyal customer for over a decade, that is how they chose to treat me. I’ve never spent this much time writing a review in my life, but if anyone is reading this, DONT give these ungrateful owners your hard earned money. I just placed my very last order with Emilianos.

I thought it was a great place to order food however had a bad customer service experience they made a mistake labeling sandwich orders where 2 sandwiches appeared the same because they topped with cheese however different ingredients. A relative bit into the wrong sandwich because of the labeling mistake. I called the manager to correct the one sandwich. The manager barely listened, lacked empathy and acted as if I was lying that by the time she agreed to correct the mistake and wanted us to send back both sandwiches and she would make new ones my family didn't trust getting the food from them because she was so difficult. Instead of her just apologizing for the restaurant mistake she made us feel like we did something wrong. Caution eating here because if they rush and make a mistake they will not accept accountability. Had the manager just corrected the error and not been difficult I would have never posted about their food error.

I would not recommend Emiliano's Pizza in Willow Grove to anyone, ever. If I could have rated zero stars, I would have. We ordered hot food, and was told 45 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes, I called and was told they were really busy. Your order is next. Okay, I have a lot of patience and understand. We finally received our order well over an hour and half from time called in to them, 15 minutes before they closed. The food was ice cold and disgusting. We had to throw it in the garbage. I called. The woman who answered phone, instead of apologizing and trying to make it right. She started arguing with me. She told me I should've microwaved the food because that's what she would do. So, it was pretty much my fault for calling and ordering when they were busy. I don't know about anyone else but when I pay a lot of money for fast hot food, I expect it to be at least hot and fresh. If I wanted microwaved food, I woud have went to the store and bought microwavable food. When I first called, I should've been told at least an hour and half for delivery, and food cooked closer to delivery, Guaranteeing fresh hot food, satisfying the customer. Ok. Been ordering from E’s for 23 years. Tonite was the last straw. Many meals are short of what they say is included. Such as garlic bread. Who can forget to pack the garlic bread? Yes, of course it happens from time to time but it has been happening more and more frequently. For what is being charged it is no longer a good value meal for us. Probably spent $75000 on dinners over the past 23 years. Well, I don’t know what would make us order from here again. The garlic bread was brought but 40 minutes later. 3 orders in a row that they got wrong. I'm not sure how a cheesesteak wrap becomes a chicken cheesesteak hoagie wrap but this seems to be the type of service you get. No attention to detail and the customer service is awful. It's ashame because the food is good when correct but that seems an impossibility at this point.

As you can see from the reviews the owners just claim they are resolving the issue and speaking to their staff but that is obviously a false claim since absolutely nothing is changing. What a poorly run business.

I keep keep giving them chance after chance. The last 3 out of 5 visits has been very disappointing. I call to place my order and arrive 10 minutes past the time they let me know the food will be done to give it sometime and I show up and still have to wait another 23 minutes before I receive my food and I understand there are busier nights than others but I literally watched my food get done and placed on the shelf and sat for 11 minutes before they called me up. Horrible experience! Orders for sodas for delivery was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery. I want to have total time still no delivery they never brought my sodas yet charged my debit card. I had to go up there and catch them before they were walking out the building with my five-year-old son woken up at a bed to get my money back had no idea about the order that I placed nor the delivery was supposed to be sent out! Horrible customer service! Took my order down wrong and when i called to correct, i asked if redelivery could be waived due to the error and we already paid a delivery the first time. The lady that answered had a horrible attitude and refused to waive the delivery. Emilianos used to be great. The last 4 times I've ordered there has been issues and will be finding somewhere else to order pizza. I ordered food and was told 15 min, so I show up 15 min later. I live 5 min away, picked up my pizza and its ice cold. Last time they messed up my order and told me to come back and swap it with another order. The time before that, whoever answered the phone was very rude and I was hung up on. I went in and asked about the situation and everyone there said it was not them. The time before that the pizza was obviously mishandled as it was picked up, the cheese and toppings all shifted to one side of the pizza.

I got a mailer from Emilianos and when the kids wanted pizza last night I saw on their mailer they have a 2 lg pizzas Special for $20. I ordered 2 specials, receiving 4 large pizzas, for a little over $40. That's cheaper than Dominos and they were so much better. The pizza was very cheesy, the crust was perfect and they arrived within 45. I just ordered lunch from here today for me and my coworker.On the order and receipt that was given to me I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar wrap w fries and a roast beef on wheat toast w mustard and onions which comes w chips. Since their change over 2009 it took a little while and quality is much much better. Pizza is far better than Papa Johns who 'sometimes' delivered our order. This place knows nothing about real Italian dishes. I ordered the Sunday special and I asked them if the sausage was spicy? They told me that they had mild . Sent the dish and the sausage was spicy. My husband and I have been ordering food from here for the past 7 years. He always orders the same salads. We always order 2 crispy chicken caesar salads with the chicken on side. We decided to order on Christmas eve. They delivered a garden salad with chicken on the side instead. I'm allergic to onions, so I called to get a refund. I spoke to the manager Natasha. She even refused to make another salad for me, or be apologetic. She is going to lose a lot of business with her ignorance! I don't know who the hell would want to work for her to begin with! Little does she know that I work for a billon dollar pharmacuetical company and when I told my co-workers what had happened, they advised me that they will not order from there anymore! Food was Luke warm to cold. Received an indifferent response to receipt of cold food. Previously my experience was the same but I gave them another chance. I had forgotten my experience till after ordering. The food was also overly salted on a previous order so I told them no salt and pepper. There was salt and pepper added but fine this time. I don't recommend them.

It’s been a while since I ordered from here. So figured I’d get a large pizza. I was so disappointed that it was obviously a premade crust! If I wanted that, I would go to dominoes or Chuckie Cheese for that matter. Hopefully they get a real pizza chef pronto.

Wow, SO many reviews of poor service!!! I was just searching for this place online, as I had seen that it was a new restaurant in the area and was hoping to try it out. However, although the reviews of the food seem to be OK, at least, it is incredible how many poor reviews I see of the woman answering the phone. Why??? Especially if you are a NEW business, why would you be SO rude to your customers on the phone that I saw 3-4 posts about it within the first 15 reviews??? You are a BRAND NEW business??? Also interesting that there have been no responses from the owner to apologize for the rude service. Therefore, I shall not be trying out this brand new restaraunt.

Worst restaurant I've ever ordered from. If your food is not prepared correctly or to your liking, then you can't be given a refund or have it remade. The owner doesn't care about your business or how the food turns out. Basically this place is the " Armpit " of Willow grove. Please, don't order from this sorry excuse for a pizzeria.

Don't order anything from this place the food is horrible and they will not give you anything else for the worse food I ever had . These people are super unprofessional. I ordered some food.. an hour went by and I never got it so I called the store and they put me on hold twice, then randomly hung up the phone. So I called back and he told me to call them again in ten minutes; I called back in ten mins and they had me on hold for another 15 mins until I hung up and called again and the operator said they are currently closed. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very lazy crew. Don’t recommend at all.

Literally tried to tell them delivery for five minutes and then they could not hear my order. They also said they couldn’t understand me. I have no accent by the way. I Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a decent take-out restaurant without any luck. I found EMILIANO’S online & thought I’d give it a try. For starters, I was impressed with the selection of their online menu. EMILIANO’s menu had everything from Gourmet Pizzas, Wraps, Hoagies, Grinders, Stromboli’s, Salads & Pasta meals to mention a few. Now I must confess, I’m a bit of a picky eater & very critical about any restaurants that I frequent. I have my own system for rating restaurants. I always look for cleanliness, friendly staff, selection on the menu, ease of ordering, quality of food, taste of food, time it takes food to come out & the temperature of the food by the time it gets into my hands. For starters, I place my order online with which was very simple. I was even able to use PayPal account to process my order in a safe & secure way, without having to enter my credit card. The estimated time for the online ordering was accurate. When arriving to EMILIANO’s restaurant my order was ready within a few short minutes & the staff was very friendly & professional. I highly recommended this place for anyone looking for a great take-out meal.
