This Dunkin is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. For months, I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ignore how nasty it is, but I hit a breaking point today when I found a literal fly mushed onto the box of my food. The only reason I’ve continued going is because it’s close to my house and convenient, but at this point, I genuinely don’t know why I keep giving them chances. Half the time, they’re out of the donuts you want, and the donuts are never fresh. They taste nasty and like they’re two days old. For about a year, I’ve ordered the exact same coffee and iced coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar. At every other location I go to, it tastes the same and is always very good. Even at this location, sometimes it tastes the same, but then occasionally the coffee tastes completely bitter. When I’ve told the employees that it tastes bitter and isn’t how it normally tastes, they’ve tried to tell me that I’m ordering it wrong, when I know how to order my drink and have been ordering it the same way for two years. All they do to fix it is add a buttload more caramel, and the coffee still tastes bitter. A lot of the employees here are just completely nasty to customers and have zero customer service. Trust me, I know what it’s like to work in a fast food environment. I worked in fast food and in a restaurant for a total of five years, and not once have I ever considered treating a customer the way some of the people here do. They constantly mess up drinks, and there’s always something wrong with an order. The employees are also nasty when you try to fix the problem or simply express that something is wrong. Every time you order a grilled cheese, the cheese isn’t melted. Every time you get a sandwich, it’s basically cold. Every time I order a bagel and ask for it to be toasted, it looks like it went in the toaster for one second and then got ripped right out. There’s not one bit of toast on it. Then, when I ask them to toast it more, it comes back completely burnt. It’s like they can’t actually find a happy medium. It’s just incredibly annoying. The food is constantly cold or poorly made, the drinks are inconsistent and sometimes disgusting, the donuts are stale, the orders are constantly wrong, and on top of all of that, the customer service is awful. And now finding a literal fly mushed onto the box of my food is absolutely disgusting and was the final straw for me.

Went here on Saturday to order a coffee and my little one two strawberry donuts. There were about 5-6 employees but no one at the register taking your order. Instead, you have to use a self service kiosk. Thats fine except everything i wanted wasnt listed on the screen. There was a lady standing at the register on a headset so I tried to talk to her to ask for help and she shushed me by putting her finger up with an attitude. A nice gentleman saw the interaction and tried to help me. While we were talking about how to place the order, the lady caught an attitude because she couldnt hear on the headset because I guess the gentleman and I were talking too loud? How about you stand AWAY from the register and the front of the store where most interaction happens if you cant hear? Just a suggestion. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Its way too complicated for what it needs to be and the attitude of the woman was a major turn off.

Never coming back to this dunkin. Cashier at drive through was so rude and gave me quite an attitude and eye roll because I couldn't reach the pin pad to pay for my iced coffee. Plus the iced coffee tasted awful even after I asked for extra sugar and cream. She didn't give me a straw then rudely asked what I was waiting on. Don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be my favorite - prices were better than any of the other York locations, order was never mixed up with another order, order was always ready, and quality was always consistent - I stopped in daily. Now, it’s a last resort. I place my order via the app and use the drive-thru. Drive-thru lane fits an average of 7-8 cars; I’ve been the last car and still made it through the line in under 10 minutes. Today I was in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it to the speaker. My drink was watered down and my cold foam non existent. I’ve seen a high school student-run concession stand operate more efficiently & professionally than this location is currently being run. This is my third negative experience at this location in just as many weeks, so three strikes and I’m out. I will be getting my Duncan fix at a different location from now on.

If I could could give them 0 stars I would the staff is rude they didn’t have oat milk so they didn’t give me my coffee and said nothing to me just expected me to leave without my drink that I payed for on the app when I said something they didn’t even know where my drink was or why I hadn’t gotten it. Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through and this isn’t the first time that they treat me with less than basic respect I want to say that I’m not rude to workers I come here on my way to work and I don’t argue I ask calmly but at this point it’s ridiculous and it’s just not worth my time and money added the receipt picture as proof of the location

I asked them to give me extra of the marshmallow cloud foam and add it to the bottom. I was told they can't do that. It's not hard to put foam on bottom of cup and pour the coffee on top and then add more foam to the top. Starbucks dose it with there drinks. I think I'm just going to start going back to them since they seem more confident in doing there job.

I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Almost every time I come here, I’m told that the item I want is unavailable. This has happened repeatedly, including last week and again today. At this point, it’s hard to believe that these products are constantly out of stock.

If certain menu items are never available, they should not be advertised. Customers come expecting to order from the menu, not to be told over and over that the products are unavailable. It feels like the staff simply doesn’t want to make certain items.

Management needs to address this issue because it’s frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of customers’ time. I won’t be returning unless this location improves its service and product availability.

Horrible. Went around 5:40am. The donuts tasted and felt like they had been sitting out for hours. I have never eating at a Dunkin’ Donuts where the donuts didn’t taste fresh that early in the morning. The ladies working looked like they didn’t care and wanted to push the orders out. They put my chocolate frosted donut in with my jelly donut and it didn’t have the usual paper separating them and the frosting got stuck to the bag. Will never go to this dunking donuts again. How hard is it to serve a good donut and some old stale tasting donut. Wish I never bought it. Thank God I didn’t try a coffee.

I stopped here to get a half dozen donuts and asked ahead of time if they were fresh. I was told yes. After buying them, I tried one and it was stale. It tasted like it had been sitting for 2 to 3 days. I decided to take a bite out of each donut, and every single one was stale.
Paying $10 for six stale donuts is ridiculous. I tried calling the hotline to request a refund and file a complaint, but I was left on hold for over two hours.
It is honestly a shame that Maple Donuts down the road closed, because this place was a major disappointment. We either need Maple Donuts back in this area or a Krispy Kreme nearby. If you want stale donuts, then go here. You will not be disappointed.

They hire some of the most pleasant workers I have come across. About a year ago there was a gentleman (he’s a veteran) who was so sweet and very personable, I cannot remember his name anymore. However today I went through the drive through and Anthony was at the window. He was sincere when he said hello and had an amazing personable personality to him. He also wiped my cup off with a napkin then gave me a new clean napkin for my drink wrapped around my cold drink! It has been years since someone has done that at a drive thru. He deserves a raise, or manager position. Great way to start my day. Thank you Anthony- I needed a good morning start today

What a disappointment! The Maple Donuts location isn't open on route 30 anymore so I went to Dunkin instead. I ordered a dozen donuts and asked for the chocolate. I did not realize that she put the glazed on it with the chocolate on top in the box instead. Definitely not what I wanted! There was not a very good selection of donuts in the first place. They said they don't make powdered donuts anymore and they didn't have any jelly donuts. It took them 10 minutes to make an iced coffee and there was not another customer in front of me in the lobby. It's like they decided that customers in the drive-thru were priority over me standing at the counter. I spent $24 and I almost would have rather drove across town. What is going on?

Time to edit this review because from bad to worse. I don’t really think it’s the employees so they seem to get a lot of business but are they organized? I really don’t know that. If you go in for a coffee, you are going to wait and wait and wait. Because the drive-through takes priority and then on top of that the mobile orders take priority. So you’re the one that’s not lazy and get out of your car And you’re penalized. Then since the drive-through is so full, you’re lucky to get off the road to get into the drive-through. Now that’s not necessarily the employees fault. It’s the stupid people that are in the lane to go to the drive-through. They keep a car length and then some between each car People just have no common sense

This location needs alot of work. I've tried it out a few times. Every single time I've ordered items that aren't available. Seem to always be out of stuff. They were out of the ham & cheese mini and the munchkins both times. If you order ahead you still have to wait for awhile. My refresher was not made right and does not taste the same as other locations. The cold foam is barely foam its like a white liquid just sitting on top of your drink. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff always seem irritated and unfriendly, as if serving customers is an inconvenience. No greetings, no smiles—just cold attitudes and rushed service.

I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when it’s every visit, it starts to feel like part of the culture here. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I had ordered a latte with an extra expresso shot, it does not look as I’ve ordered previously at multiple different Dunkin’s. There are 5 people working at the back with rarely any customers. We stood for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order before they had to ask what we ordered. There was a customer in front of us that also got fed up and had to go himself as well. The donuts were small and not fresh. Plenty of donuts leftover late in the day verses Maple Donuts, who had been sold out of most of their donuts, hence the only reason we came to Dunkin’.

So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese morning wrap. Three of them. I drove the whole way back to Dover to eat them only open them, and there was no sausage. So annoyed as possible I drove the entire way back to get replacements to which at the drive-through I was told to pull through and come inside and we'll take care of it. Obviously the point of the drive-through is so you don't have to get out of your car. So after getting out of my car and going inside I was given the correct thing and made to give my old food back. The lady had a terrible attitude but the least you think they could do is give you the food they're throwing away after having to drive 40 minutes out of your way and get out of your car after going through the drive-through twice. so stupid

This Dunkin is awesome and compared to others in the area, it's the best in my book. Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!
Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!

I ordered a donut with chocolate icing and white creme filling. Instead I got a donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles all over it. I didn't see it until I got home. I hate sprinkles. How hard is it to distinguish between the words white creme filling and sprinkles? They're entirely different. They don't sound similar in any way. This is one of my favorite spots to get my wife her coffee , they close to almost always get it exactly how she likes , unlike the other ones around the area I feel like these guys here care .
