Was here after the Steelers first home game and the staff was definitely in the middle of a rush, but I was surprised with how well our server (Jaida) handled everything. I stopped in for a slice after dinner elsewhere because I was craving pizza. I just got cheese and it came up pretty quickly and was nice and hot. Service was just barely ok, definitely not very friendly. The pizza was also just ok. The crust was rubbery, not crisp nor was it flavorful. Cheese and sauce weren’t very flavorful either. Overall, it was cheap, just $5 with a tip and really wasn’t worth the calories.

I can honestly say the food here is of the same quality if not better than food I’ve had at the Waldorf, Eagle, and many others.

The flavors were so intense and well balanced that my soul left my body and I assented to god hood and spiritually high fives Jesus and Zuse.

The garlic bread and cream sauce cured my depression and taught me how to love again.

The Italian sandwich somehow was perfectly toasted, warm, and not dry at all. I’m still not convinced they summoned it with witchcraft.

If you don’t go here while in town. It will be the worst regret of your life.

If I couldn’t it a neg 0 I would. I stayed at the Hilton in Harrisburg PA. Called to get pizza set it up for delivery. They said about 45 minutes. I sit in the lobby for an hour after it was supposed to be there. Call them just thinking they’re busy and they said it was supposed to be for pick up the girl on the phone helped me look up the address for delivery. They forgot my fountain drink. The delivery driver was very rude when I asked him about it. I called in to talk to the Manager and he expected me to bring my cold pizza back to them. I asked him for a refund for my soda never gave me it. How Could a owner talk to someone like he did?

We ordered two custom pizzas that were very tasty. The sauce is savory, crust cooked just right, and they piled on the toppings. They were also very kind in accommodating an odd dietary restriction for us. The only real negative is how you order. You have to walk up to the counter all the way in the back, which wasn't readily apparent when you enter. Signage would be nice. The restaurant was relatively clean and sparsely decorated, like a lot of downtown cheaper Pittsburgh restaurants. Good if you just need a cheaper quick bite to eat, but probably not where you'd go after one of the fancy shows in the Cultural District.

The delivery drivers start calling you when they are streets away, they expect you to come to the street so they can throw the pizza at you as they drive by. The hands down best place for pizza and wings downtown. Crust to topping, each part of the pizza stood on its own but also excellently blended with the other parts in a blessed union of flavor and texture. And the wings are a monument to culinary genius. The sauce for the Buffalo wings, in my opinion, is unmatched. The aroma turns heads as soon as I open the box. It is tangy, yet buttery, yet savory, yet expertly hot. I will try everything on the menu. I suggest you do the same.

On 314 2025 I ordered a Gyro and cheese sticks. It was so bad and so burnt that I couldn’t even eat it even my dogs didn’t want. It will never order here again. I come every now and then to get slices here. The people downstairs in the kitchen are genuinely so kind and when I get a need for pizza, this is where I head. This particular time though I decided to venture to the upstairs where they have a bar area and extra seating. While eating I, embarrassingly enough, inhaled a fragment and started to choke. There was another patron that began to roll their eyes at me while the server/bartender giggled in agreement with him as I struggled to breathe. After eventually getting to the restroom and regaining composure I come back to my seat only to see a to-go container next to my food and the server/bartender handing me a check??? Pretty sure I've just experienced first hand how people end up choking to death in public...
I should also mention the manicotti I got wasn't pasta tubes? It seemed more like crepe? Pretty inedible and I did choose to not to take it with me after my abruptly impolite goodbye. Those slices of pizza ARE good. 10/10 would recommend. I, unfortunately, will not be returning though.

She was only interested in taking my order and not answering 2 simple questions. She said, " I am busy and don't have time are you going to order or not". After what I just experienced I responded, " No because your attitude sucks". I hung up on her. If she can't handle 2 simple questions then she needs to quit and get a job with no stress. I go to this place regularly, as it’s very close to the Benedum Center.
The food is nicely priced and has good portions
The food itself is pretty good, although today when I ordered the buffalo fries with cheese, the cheese wasn’t the cheese that was normally on it (melted shredded cheese) and had the consistency and flavor of a nacho cheese mixed with that squeeze cheese from a can.
Overall, I think this place is really good and have good accommodations to large parties too.

Stopped here after a Pirates game.They were open late.Had the breaded zucchini and a pasta dish.Service was fast, food was really good.Will definitely stop here again.

Stopped in before pirates game, good food, great service we were upstairs and the waiter was very nice and attentive, price wasn't bad. We had a table of 6 I was quite surprised how quickly we got our food. Clean establishment, would definitely visit again.

Been in PIttsburgh for 3 nights so far, ordered the Ultimate Meat pizza twice already. Very, very good pizza - tons of toppings and cheese.

Update: The original post was made a couple of months ago. since then I've ordered delivery from them at least 5 or 6 times. But just just today, a co-worker and I went to the actual location to have a pizza and get some take-away wings. Sat at a table for over 10 minutes. Waitress eventually came by to check on the table beside us and TOTALLY ignored us even though we hadn't yet been waited on and we were right beside the table she came to check on. I even tried to get her attention. Nothing, she just walked away. So, 5 stars for the pizza, 1 star (can't go lower) for service. So, overall, 2 stars. I'm mad/offended enough I'm not sure I'll order delivery from them again.

First night in Pittsburgh and our first meal. I had it delivered to our hotel and it cost me $56 for the worst gyro and wings I've ever had....pizza was just okay. Wings were burnt and hidden with too much sauce. Gyro was nasty and two items I asked for werent even on it. But if you like an overabundance of bread you might enjoy it. They have no customer service contact on their website.
